HEYCO is also an important supplier to the automotive industry in the field of plastic injection molding and a recognized partner with a high level of development expertise.
Our plastic products are manufactured using 1-, 2- or 3-component injection molding technology and are tested and verified for series production in-house on special test benches according to customer specifications. They are assembled ready for installation using the latest connection technology, with seals, bushes, sensors and standard connections, in one piece or made up of several parts, welded and tested. The product range includes media-carrying components for the engine compartment, structural components and air/water separation components.
HEYCO has established itself on the market as one of the leading manufacturers of cooling water expansion tanks and complex 3-component parts in hard/soft design.
Current studies confirm that complex plastic products in particular will be the winners of the drive revolution, as they meet the requirements for weight reduction and thus CO2 reduction, among other things. “It is precisely here that we have succeeded in convincing our customers of the advantages of HEYCO’s multi-component injection moulding technology,” says the responsible Managing Director Dirk M. Schibisch and adds, “HEYCO’s strength is its mastery of the entire value chain, from the development of components to industrialization in series production.”

HEYCO Smart Plastics stand for the intelligent integration of different functions or materials in complex assemblies to the highest level of perfection. This primarily refers to key HEYCO components from the engine compartment, exterior or interior, which in many cases have been in series production for decades, yet are dynamically developed from one vehicle generation to the next. HEYCO relies on state-of-the-art production and automation technology for the central components in order to meet the requirements of the automotive industry in every respect – or at best, to exceed them. HEYCO is regularly the benchmark for complex multi-component parts under the hood and media management components.
HEYCO-Advanced Mobility Systems – Engineered Sustainability
New forms of mobility open up a wide range of applications for HEYCO’s innovative components. HEYCO is a pioneer in the use of complex plastic assemblies for all alternative drive systems.
