Our excellent reputation as a provider of engineering services and series components with a high level of technological expertise in metal and plastics processing is a decisive competitive advantage. The basis for the trust of our customers, suppliers and the public in the HEYCO Group is respect for and compliance with the law and internal company rules (compliance). Each of our employees is familiar with the HEYCO Code of Conduct and acts in accordance with it. The HEYCO Code of Conduct is intended to provide employees with standards and guidance for their daily work and to further strengthen the company’s reputation. This Code of Conduct applies to all employees of the HEYCO Group worldwide.

Safety and occupational health principles
Health and safety in the workplace is a top priority at HEYCO. HEYCO therefore takes preventive measures to avoid accidents at work and work-related health hazards or at least reduce them to such an extent that damage is minimized if the regulations are observed. HEYCO ensures occupational health and safety in the workplace within the framework of legal regulations and supports continuous development to improve the working environment.

The management and all employees are committed to environmental protection and a sustainable energy policy. The result is environmentally friendly products thanks to energy-efficient and resource-saving processes. By continuously monitoring and independently auditing the success of our measures to reduce the use of energy, raw materials and other resources, we are laying the foundations for the continuous improvement of all processes and production steps.

Code of Conduct – Sustainability
Sustainability and corporate social responsibility have become strategically important guiding principles of our corporate policy. It is the responsibility of all of us to anchor sustainability in the company and in internal structures and processes. This is about both our long-term successful business development and our positive contribution to the sustainable development of society as a whole. Leading HEYCO economically into the future includes taking social and ecological responsibility where production and investments are made.
As part of an overall operational energy concept, the HEYCO-WERK SÜD site in Tittling took a holistic view of future developments and decisions in the area of energy supply and energy consumption.
